On Site Instruction

Sombrero Time delivers Spanish language instruction programs that are tailored for the primary grade environment.  Our on site services have been developed specifically to handle the needs of individual schools and school districts alike.  If you are an administrator that has struggled to gain traction with an existing language class or a district Superintendent looking to offer a professionally managed language program Sombrero Time has a solution.  How to get started?  We make it easy!

We have created a simple yet effective four step process that quickly and efficiently establishes a high quality Spanish language program on your school campus.  Here is what the process looks like:

Discovery- During the initial discovery phase we are most interested in establishing a working relationship with you!  Our desire is to understand your unique challenges and goals for language.  We will take the time to work though parent and teacher concerns, scheduling and funding issues.

Proposal-The information we glean from the Discovery phase is then drafted into a proposal and presented for your review.  Our goal here is to verify that we understand exactly what you need.  This process may take several meetings to fine tune the details of your specific language program.

Formal Contract-Once the details are hammered out we will present you with a formal proposal which will include the scope of the engagement, milestones, terms and conditions, policy and procedure along with all the necessary “boiler plate” legal stuff.

Service Start-up-Now comes the fun part!  Sombrero Time will hire native speaking instructors, train them in our delivery system and methodology and equip them with our curriculum and support materials so they are ready to deliver your language program.  Instructors go through a rigorous initial 12 hour training program and receive on going professional development.  Program oversight and management is provided by a Master Instructor to ensure smooth start up and perpetual quality.
